Ben has a wealth of experience running businesses and social enterprises over many years in Cumbria. As BIPC Cumbria's Programme Manager he now overseas the countywide service as well as looking after the Carlisle centre, based in Carlisle Library.

Andrew Ashburn - Advice and Information Officer
Andrew is our centre officer at Carlisle Library - he has a bachelors degree in English Literature and Publishing, and professional background working in outreach, events, and marketing.
Whether you're just starting out or need advice on protecting your assets, Andrew is happy to talk through your business ideas in confidence. Andrew works part-time and will be on site Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
